Things have been a little crazy lately which explains why the blog has gone quiet recently and now I’m about to head off on a meditation retreat for a couple of weeks. I’m looking forward to getting back to the blog refreshed and rejuvenated upon my return. See you then!

Today I discuss bringing awareness to the short space between the in and out breath during meditation and the experience of deep stillness to be found in this moment. I found this enormously helpful when I was learning to meditate and it’s something I still enjoy bringing my awareness to. I hope you will find it helpful also.
