Description

A 2-hour workshop to introduce the healing mind-body practice of qigong (pronounced ‘chee-gung’), a unique blend of mindful movement and meditation that forms part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. During this workshop you will be introduced to some of the principles of qigong, experience a longer qigong sequence as well as learn a short qigong sequence that will enable you to start integrating qigong into your daily life. A handout and video will be provided to support your home practice.
