Description

As we emerge from the depths of winter, re-energise and renew your mind and body with the healing practice of qigong (pronounced ‘chee-gung’), a unique blend of mindful movement and meditation that forms part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This series of four classes has been especially designed with the qualities of spring, the season of renewal, in mind. Each class will include a calming yet invigorating qigong sequence followed by a short meditation and blissful, deep relaxation practice. No prior qigong or meditation experience required.

Dates: Sunday 1st, 8th, 22nd and 29th October 2017

Time: 4:00pm – 5:30pm

Venue: Harriers Hall, Kew

Cost: $85.00

Classes can also be attended casually ($25 per class). Please email catherine@thewellbeingcorner.com to check availability and reserve your place. Pre-payment will required to reserve your place and a booking link emailed to you.

Please note that once a booking is made no credits or refunds will be issued. If you are unable to attend you are welcome to send someone in your place.
