Description

Join a qigong (a mindful movement practice which is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine) and meditation class has been designed to align with the seasons. These classes will help you slow down and re-align mind and body. We will practice qigong for approximately 35-40 minutes before transitioning to a 10-15 minute mindfulness meditation. No prior qigong or meditation experience is required – just an open mind and heart!

Please note that once a pass has been purchased no credits or refunds will be issued. Class passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
