Description

Join a qigong (a mindful movement practice which is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine) and meditation class designed to align with the seasons. These classes will help you slow down and re-align mind and body. We will practice qigong for approximately 35-40 minutes before transitioning to a 10-15 minute mindfulness meditation. No prior qigong or meditation experience is required – just an open mind and heart!

Please note that once a pass has been purchased no credits or refunds will be issued. Class passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
