Enjoy a calming and restorative Mindful Meander along one of the loveliest stretches of Melbourne’s Yarra River. You’ll hardly believe you’re in the city! We will walk in silence stopping along the way to enjoy short mindfulness exercises.

Grade: Easy, however, please be aware that some pathways are narrow and uneven under foot.

Time: 8am – 9am

Meeting Place: Bellbird Picnic Area, Kew. Pre-walk information, including directions to our meeting place, will be emailed the day before.

Cost: $25.00

These walks are open to women with a reasonable level of fitness 18 years and above. Please consult your doctor if you are at all unsure. Please note that no refunds will be provided for non-attendance. Should you be unable to attend you may send someone in your place or join a Mindful Meander at a later date. If the Mindful Meander is cancelled due to unfavourable weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option of receiving a refund or a credit.
